This massage technique uses slower, more forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep-tissue and Sports massage are commonly used to help with muscle damage caused from injuries or overuse.
These sessions may also include Hot/Cold Stone Therapy or ACE Massage Cupping™ for added results.
